I currently live in economically depressed Michigan, my DH has a possible chance at a job in Arizona. I'm interested in the business climate there. Does AZ license homebakers? Any comments or advice is appreciated!

You can check the thread titled "States that license home bakeries" at the beginning of the business threads.

Arizona does NOT license home kitchens for sale of baked goods.

You may be able to have a separate kitchen, but you need to check with your local health department.
