Hi -

I recently moved to Saudi Arabia. Ingredients that one finds on shelves in the US are unheard of here. I was wondering if someone can share a recipe for making fondant and gumpaste. I always bought mine from a lady I knew in seattle. I cant do that anymore and needed to learn how to make it myself. If someone can share a recipe that would be great.

Thank you,

There are a couple of recipes on this site for Marshmallow Fondant (MMF). It takes 3 ingredients - marshmallow, flavoring, and water. I have made countless batches of this and LOVE it!

Good Luck!

I don't make my fondant I buy it. But have heard that Michelle Fosters fondant recipe is good and easy. I do make my own gumpaste and I use the recipe that Nicohlas Lodge has on his website.
