Hi, well I'm making my first wedding cake, and the customer does not like the taste of Wilton rolled fondant. But yet she wants the smooth, neatness that fondant give a cake. I'm just wondering what tastes better, Choco-pan, or satin ice, or is there anything better tasting. icon_confused.gif

Welcome to Cake Central. Almost every brand tastes better than Wilton, even though some people even like the Wilton.

Also, most recipes make a tasty product. Chocopan tends to be softer than Satin Ice, but both taste good.
