So i have a customer for saturday who needs a sugar-free cake for her husband, but i am totally lost. I'm in crazy need of a delicious sugar-free cake recipe. Maybe a sugar-free buttercream recipe too? Geeze, if i was diabetic i don't know what i would do but i really want to help this customer. Please help!!

I don't think there is such a thing as 'delicious' and sugar free icing, except whipped cream and Splenda.
