how do you go about making a professional 'how to dvd'?
ive been thinking about doing one about airbrushing on cakes. i dont think there have been any recent new publications on ab on cakes in either a new book or dvd format. any advice?? or suggestions??

I hired a videography student from the local college to do mine. He was relatively inexpensive and did a good job.

Someone I know got lots of help from the local Apple Computer store. She was pretty happy with the tutoring they gave her. I'd definitely check out an area college for ambitious students!

It shouldn't be too complicated. We did one for our church (not a cake tutorial, of course) and one if our girls from the youth group edited for us and did a menu and everything so it shouldn't be a science. It sure would fill a need.....i think the only thing about airbrushing is that old winebeckler book from years ago, i bet it would sell well.
