I want a cake recipe that I can carve but that is also moist. The ones I have tried are very dry. Anyone have a great recipe?!

Have you tried the Durable Cake recipe listed in the recipe section on CC. I think it turns out moist.

I can say I've tried the durable and its all I use now and yes its awesome and moist. However I haven't tried to carve it much other than just cutting at an angle type stuff - no carving figures out of it.
