I have a sweet n low white cake mix that I want to dr. I've made it before (followed the exact box directions) and it wasn't bad, but it was dry and a little too dense for my taste. I was planning on adding a package of vanilla pudding to it and some creme bouquet to give it some flavor. My question is since it only requires water to be made should I sub the water for milk since I'm adding the pudding? I read in the ingredients it has non fat milk powder in it. Should I add egg or oil? I don't want to overdo it if it doesn't need it. Any suggestions would be helpful.

you could try adding the extender recipe, except leave out the additional sugar although you could add equal for baking instead. I like the texture and moistness the extender adds.
