I am making a cupcake wedding cake this weekend and I have a couple of questions:
1. Can anybody recommend a really good fluffy buttercream frosting that will keep standing even if I frost the cakes on Friday.
2. Would you usually charge $1.50 per cake - my bride doesn't really care how much I charge (she's a friend), but I want to be fair. I'm making 150 cupcakes and a small wedding cake for the top of the stand which I've made.
3. Has anybody used the 1G icing tip and if so - how was it?

buttercream dream in the recipe section is a good one. So is Indydebi's.
your price sounds fair, depending on what you are doing on top of them.
I use the 1G I think it is.. or is 1M... darn.. now I need to go look... I think it is 1M though
