Just wondering.... I see the cute little banners on cakes- ie: Happy Birthday. How are they done? They look like fondant. Are they hand writen or is a printer used? Thanks

most of the banners I make are out of fondant or gumpaste. YOu can use the pen markers for cakes, fondant, royal... depends on what you have available and the look you are going for.

I do mine from gumpaste, and write on them with marker. To get their wavy shape, I dry them over soda cans!
