i have a lady ordering a cake for her husband and son. her son is 4 yrs old and has recently recieved a kidney transplant from his dad. They are now 4 months on and all going well, so are having a party. She would like a cake for the two of them to celebrate, all she knows so far is she would like a fruit cake! so any suggestion are very welcome!
