i think i may have seen these on giada delorentis' show (i'm sure i massacred that spelling) and maybe even another food network show where they made cookies that were cut with a pastry wheel, tied in a knot, fried and i believe tossed in powdered sugar. anybody know what i'm talking about and/or have a recipe?
