I want to make a cake inspired by the one that has coca cola can pouring into a mug (the metal dowl with rock candy molded around it). However, this cake is for a 21st birthday so I want to make it a beer-

I am wondering if there are any suggestion on how to make the white "foam" that is characteristic on top of a beer mug.
I saw some people use marshmallows but I was hoping for some other suggestions. I was thinking about marshmallow fluff? I dont know what would work...

all suggestions welcome!!! thanks!

How about meringue? I accidently made some once when I let royal icing beat WAY too long icon_smile.gif
