Can Chocolate That Has Bloomed Be Re Tempered?

I have done it, but I use a tempering machine.

chocolate that has bloomed is just because it was in too hot of temperatures or too cold of temperatures. (usually)
It can be tempered and used. I temper my chocolate with a small machine or by hand so if you need to know how to by hand just pm me.
