I covered my first cake in fondant tonight during my Course 3 class. I made Michele Foster's Delicious Fondant recipe and it turned out GREAT! I love this cake. I changed the colors from the ones in the Wilton book because I thought they were boring. It's in my photos. Thanks for looking!
