I'm new to the cake thing and I am doing my first buttercream transfer next weekend. I guess my question is that once I put the transfer on the cake can it be put in the frig til the next day or would it be best left out at room temp. Thank you!!!

It's fine at room temperature...the first couple of times I did it, I was sure the colors would bleed as they thawed, but they've always stayed put and I'm in a really humid location.

I also leave mine out at room temp. My colors don't bleed nor fade and I've used some dark colors on my transfers. Don't worry everything will turn out fine icon_smile.gif
