Hi!
I am doing a Tiffany box cake for this weekend. I am doing BC and really would like to make it look like a lid on top. Not raised up, just like a closed box. If I were using fondant, this would be no problem. Anyone got any ideas? Thanks!

Is the cake all one color? If so, I would just use a ruler after it is crusted, and make indentations around the sides. If it is 2 colors, I would ice in the base color, let crust, wrap wax paper around the sides leaving about an inch or so at the top, and then carefully ice over the top and sides of the "lid". Let crust and then carefully remove the wax paper. Best of luck!
