I Need Help Asap Regard Using 2" Or 3" Cake Pan?

I have a wedding cake for this thursday and I was wonder when I use 3" cake pan do I need to bake two 3in cake pans the same as 2in pan. Help!!


The cake for a couple have to feed 50 people.

I don't have any luck baking with 3" pans, even with the baking strips & the flower nail in the middle. They get over done on the outside & take forever to get done on the inside.

But... if you do use them you only use one layer & tort them. JMHO

I usually bake on 325 for maybe 75 min. do anyone know the serving sizes on 3in pans
