How Do I Make The Cake Topsy Turvey?

I want to make a tiered cake that is topsy turvey so that the layers look crroked, do I just cut the cake? Does anyone have some tips?

There is a "sticky" at the top of this forum from Sarsi with a great tutorial. Her method is simpler in that it doesn't require the carving into the bottom layer like the tutorial here in CC, that method is geat and necessary for a large cake but with Sarsi's you can achieve the look for a two layer cake, or even three but with the center dowel icon_biggrin.gif
