I was wondering if anyone could help me. I just finished a cake with cream cheese frosting and the customer isnt picking it up until tomorrow. Do I store it in the fridge or can I cover it and leave it out? I was just wondering, I know that u should keep cream cheese in the fridge but this cake is very large and I'm not sure I can get it in my fridge. Thank you for your time. Susie

I think it really needs to go in the refrigerator.
