I was wondering if anyone could help me. I just finished a cake with cream cheese frosting and the customer isnt picking it up until tomorrow. Do I store it in the fridge or can I cover it and leave it out? I was just wondering, I know that u should keep cream cheese in the fridge but this cake is very large and I'm not sure I can get it in my fridge. Thank you for your time. Susie icon_biggrin.gif

Not to be rude but could someone please help me. I've been working on the cake all day and I'm really tired. I don't want to go to bed until I know how to store the cake. Thank you.

I think it really needs to go in the refrigerator.
