Just out of curiosity, how many male members do we currently have on CC? I seem to remember some (Dale and others), who used to be around, but I haven't seen on here for a long, long time! We all know the fabulous Doug & Mike (hey guys!), but who else do we have? Do you guys decorate cakes as a hobby or as a business? What got you interested in cake decorating, seeing as it's such a female dominated environment? Come on guys - shout up, enquiring minds want to know

LOL. I'm going for my pastry degree. Last semester I had my Wedding cake class. I do tend to lean towards more traditional pasteries, BUT. When I get my kitchen up, and running. I will feature more of the mini pasteries for wholesale, and cakes for the public. Right now I'm trying to get the kitchen up, and running. Also working on cake recipes.
