serving?

example individual strawberry short cake or boston cream in single serve cups?
4- 6- 8 oz? I'm so confused.

Now where can I get single serve clear solo cups with lids?

You can get clear cups and lids from a restaurant supply store. We have Cash & Carry, but there are others. Some of the cups are drinking style and have lids that are scored for a straw. I cover that with my label.

A serving would be a reasonable amount for the individual container. Shortcake-small 3-5" cake, berries, whipped cream, exact size would be determined by how large/small the cup is, and the serving philosophy of the baker. (I go big icon_biggrin.gif )
