Not a fan of buttercream, just for decorating as I find it very heavy! Anyone have a nice light whipped chocolate icing recipe? The kind thats light and creamy and doesn't taste like pure sugar? Almost mousse like but something that won't melt! It's going to be a hot weekend!!

Bettercreme is a whipped icing that you can get in liquid form and whip it like you would whipping cream. I add hershey's chocolate syrup to it and it tastes like a dream! You can find bettercreme at some restaurant supply stores, cake stores, etc. It's usually sold frozen, but thaws in a matter of minutes for use.
