Ah, I'm so sorry for not seeing this earlier. I'm a relatively new cake decorator and I moved to Salt Lake City last year. I'm a PhD student at the U so I don't have the time to get a job at a bakery but all I think about is cakes! Please let me know if you have any other friends in need of cakes. I hope it all worked out...
