I have a cake due on Friday for the Graduation of the Alternative High School that I work for. I did a tasting, and they picked these three recipes....
Banana Cake with banana filling
Super Enhanced cake mix with Cookies and Cream Buttercream
Boston cream pie cake
(I am omitting the topping on this one.)
My question is, will these hold up without refrigerating? I HAVE to start them tomorrow, and I don't want to give anyone food poisoning. Thanks in advance for any tips or suggestions.
Bananas and the cream fillings require refrigeration.
