Recipe sounds fantastic, don't have any speciality stores around here, the 4 grocery chains does not sell mascarpone so I wonder if cream cheese would be an acceptable alternative? I am hungry for chocolate, gonna go try it.

I think you can sub. the marscapone for the cream cheese icon_smile.gif

This recipe is to DIE for icon_smile.gif

Kroger carries Marscapone cheese also icon_wink.gif

Just a tip but don't substitute cream cheese for marscapone. You need to substitute ricotta cheese for it instead. Marscapone and ricotta are interchangable in recipes usually
