Costco Style Cream Cheese Filling???

I have customer who would like cream cheese filling like the one in Costco cakes . Does anyone have a recipe similar to that? TIA
8 oz brick cream cheese, softened.
1/2 c powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla.
Whip together until smooth. Separately, whip 2 cups whipping cream with 2-3 tablespoons powdered sugar. Fold into cream cheese mix.
Variations- add extra flavorings if cake is simple. Extra vanilla, or even rum. Fruit works great with this filling! Sometimes I add 3 tablespoons of butter and 1/2 extra powdered sugar to the cheese mixture so it is a cream cheese buttercream.
Good luck...
Your welcome, and happy anniversary (soon).
Rita
PS. If you are doing a "tasting" on this, I would offer a couple variations of the same recipe. Like the one "original", and the more buttercream one. I personally LOVE vanilla, and use it in almost "double doses". And the powdered sugar amounts can also be adjusted to taste.
