I'm needing to make 100 diplomas for graduations cakes and I'm having a hard time. I tried to make them out of rolled up fondant, but to me they look like cigarettes. I don't have much time to order a mold. Any other ideas? I could draw them on each piece of cake but I'm afraid they won't come out looking very uniform. AHHH! (help)

to make the diplomas i started with a more ovalish shape fondant so when i rolled it i wouldnt get a tube/cigar thing. i think it came out good. Hope this helps!

You can also use wafer (rice) paper

i made some out of fondant...but i melted some white chocolate and added that to the mix....rolled it out thin....cut a bunch of squares and rolled them up

i formed them smaller in the middle so it looked like the ribbon was cinching it in....before i tied the ribbon on...i sprayed gold on the outside edges....they were really cute....
