Good morning all!

Hopefully there is someone out there who has had this problem that can help...the cupcakes (and muffins) I have been making are sticking to the liners icon_mad.gif . I don't ever remember having this problem before. The brand of liners are Wilton (because I need all white). I have tried a little cooking spray, that just seems to make them greasy. Any thoughts/advice would be appreciated...I'm about to start an order for 80 cupcakes and would like to have this mystery solved before I start them. They always look and taste great, it's just when you try and peel off the liner...a portion of the cupcake comes off with it!!

Thanks!

The only thing I can think of is cake recipes I use that use extra or more oil tend not to stick to the liners. But they also tend to fall out of the linersicon_smile.gif

There is a cake extender recipe in the recipe section where she doubles the oil and adjust the water etc and they almost fall out of the liners.
Not good for cupcake bouquets but good for everything elseicon_smile.gif
