Hello! I am making my own wedding cake...I know pretty dumb idea...lol Anyway I am making it Thursday and Friday Morning for a Saturday afternoon wedding. It is a chocolate mudcake with white chocolate ganache I have made some chcolate shells...mostly white chocolate and colored them using lustre dust. my question is if I put the shells on the cake and put the cake in the fridge will the shells get bloom on them...go all yuck looking? The shells are made from canbury choclate melts.

Thanks for you quick reply as I am baking the cakes now! I don't know why I didn't thing of this before now
