Ok I need your guys help. I have a meeting next Monday with a place in regards to renting kitchen space from them. I need help on questions to ask, what I should be looking for in the space. Just general all around HELP! Any help would be great, Thanks!!!

Here's a bump.
what hours will you have access.
will you have your own key.
will there be a dedicated storage area in the 'frig/freezer for your stuff.
is there storage area available for your equipment.
if not, can you bring in a cart-on-wheels, for example.
what kind of proof of insurance, food safety documentation will you need to provide to them.
what rules does the kitchen have that you need to follow.
I knew I could count on you for some good questions!
I would also ask what would happen if you wanted to use the kitchen on the same date as someone else - is it a first-come first-serve kind of thing....or make sure there are enough ovens to accomodate all renters.
