I was just flipping through my guide and that show is on today at 5 p.m. Maybe it's a preview of the series that is going to be on in the fall?

I checked out today's schedule for that channel. There are about 3 hours of wedding central starting at 1:00pm my time. Is this the same thing?

Yep, I saw those shows on before the wedding cake one.
