I am considering using spray gold luster dust (the can ina can- not an airbrush) on an upcoming cake. Can anyone tell me about it?

I need- Dry time
IS coverage solid or spotty (like a mist)
if i spray a fondant piece, wait for it to dry, and then place on cake, will it work?
Favorite supplier

Also, anything else you can tell me about it would be great.

I used the spray one time (got it from CK Products) It worked great (was the gold color) but it doesnt go very far if you have a large cake. It was completely dry in about an hour...
