Ok I was asked to do the cake, fudge and chocolate covered marshmellows for a wedding next weekend. And I am kinda freakin out becuase it can't get much more humid then it is right now. So does anyone have any suggestions on how to get around the humidity? And also how should I store these items in a air tight container or should I let then breath I just don't know? I usually make this stuff for x-mas when it is cold not used to dealing with the heat and stuff. Any advice would be great!!! [/code]
