I need information on Rich's Bettercreme. Can it be piped, colored, and how long can it be left out. Thanks. I found it at GFS and it wasn't frozen. I thought it was supposed to frozen, I don't know, I'm trying to find out more about it. Thanks.

Yes you can tint it and pipe different shapes. It is in the fridge cas at GFS next to the cannoli cream, and other whipped cream items.

According to the package, you can leave it out for 3 or 4 days, but I always keep it in the fridge. Even on a cake.
