I have a tasting scheduled for this upcoming weekend. I don't keep much fondant on hand only buying it when I need it.

Well my bride just emailed me and she wants to taste chocolate fondant. So now I have to quickly order some chocolate fondant.

Who has the better chocolate fondant Satin Ice or Choco Pan?

Which tastes better?

Won't even ask about pricing because I know the answer to that one unless someone has a source for Choco Pan with incredible pricing & shipping.

Is one easier to work with then the other?

Does one hold up better under the weather better then the other?

I have to order this today in hopes to have it on time so I'm anxiously awaiting to hear what you all have to say about both!
