I need some suggestions from all of you, what would be a good filling for a passion fruit chiffon cake? I was thinking passion fruit mousse, would that be too much passion fruit? I could really use some taste suggestions out there, thanks you guys for being out there, this website is the greatest!
If you are looking to keep the main focus on the cake, then do a subtle filling, like bavairian cream or custard. if you want to really honor the taste buds, you could do a blackberry cream cheese filling or an orange based filling, to go for the tropical flavor. Even a great chocolate ganache, would be wonderful in this.
