Hi everyone,

I plan on doing either a FBCT or a Chocolate Transfer for my son's graduation cake. I see a lot of people prefer a chocolate transfer over the other, can you tell me why and the ingredients for the chocolate itself? Both dark and white for coloring....

There's no "recipe". If you look for "chocolate transfer tutorial", I think you can find a good one here. You just melt the chocolate wafers and put them in a piping bag and pipe!

For coloring, you should get candy colors. You can usually get them from Wilton or Americolor. I know I order from .
