How far in advance can I make fondant flowers and do I keep them in an airtight container, Refrigerate or not? By the way I absolutely love CC and am so glad I found it. I did some cake baking many years ago and now I have found renewed interest. I have gotten a lot of information here and want to thank to everyone for your help.

You can make them quite a ways in advance. I would not keep them in the fridge b/c different types of fondant don't do well in the fridge.

I would let dry and store in a loose fiting container (like a shoebox type) that allows some air to circulate. Store container in a cool dark place so you don't have fading.
