The ship is 9" long x 4 1/2 ". 4" tall. The little cake is a 6" by 3" tall. The square board is 16".

I was thinking that for the 6" (12 servings x $4) = $48
Fondant covered board (16 x 16) = $25
Ship (20 servings x $5) = $100

total $173

I have my doubts on the pirate ship pricing....

Any help!!??
Thanks!!!

Since the board can't be eaten I wouldn't charge $25.00 for that. Just my opinion.

The board by itself, costs me $7. Its really tough. And to cover the board I use around a pound of fondant. I do buy the fondant (Satin Ice of course).
Thats why I charge a little bit. And you are right. $25 is way high...

I've seen pirate ship cakes (without the pirate face cake) like yours sold for $175 or more.
The kid who received this one must have been very happy. Loved it!!!
