Does anyone know how I can enter the North Carolina State Fairs' cake decorating competition? I have been looking for a form and regulations list etc. but have had no luck. Am I too early?

Hmm - - - seems have less then two weeks before the fair starts on June 5.

Well I know in Minnesota our regulations and application forms come out May first and the competition isn't until the very end of August. I belive they even close the process about a month before competition.

They should have their own website giving all the info..
Here in CA, the Hand Book (RULES and everything) comes out in April and all entry forms are due in June. Deadline is usually 2 months before the State Fair begins. Have you entered b4 ?
