Hello all.
I have just been contacted for a cake in July. It is for the 10 year class reunion of a local HS. Our mascot is Panthers and our school colors are blue and white. This cake needs to feed 200. I'm thinking sheet cakes maybe but drawing a blank on the actual design. Any advice would be appreciated!

How about a frozen buttercream transfer of the panther, with borders done in school colors?

A 3D Panther head on a sheet cake? Made of blue...with blue and white accents?

If the school is local maybe the person who contacted you could possible get you a picture of the graduating class to put on the cake....bordered in the school colors...maybe a panther head in one corner and the graduation year in another..anyways the photo of al;l the people when they were in school would be really neat...
