I need really moist chocolate and vanilla cupcake recipes,and I ve found some that call for butter but I was wondering if I could substitute oil for butter in the recipes to make them more moist?
If I can how do I go about doing that? Like if the recipe calls for 3 tbsp. butter how would i measure that in oil?
