I would like to learn to air brush my cakes. It looks so nice and it would be easier than making multiple colors of fondant. I had purchased a new air compressor and all of the things that go with it for a hobby I had to give up due to health reasons. It has never been used. Can anyone tell me where I can learn to do this, what products to use, etc.?

There is only one book out that I know of and it is by Roland Winbeckler but the best advice I can give you and how I am learning and getting better everytime.....Practice..Practice....I use mine every chance I get!! It gets addicting once you get the feel of it!!

Frances Kuyper is another very good teacher....her website is at

I took a week class with her WAY back in the '80's and use my airbrush constantly. That was before the internet and DVD's!
