I've only been decorating cakes for a couple months now, but I LOVE it! Yesterday, I made a cake for my daughter and when my neighbor came over today, I showed it to her. We had eaten about 1/3 of it already, but you could still see most of the design. She looked at it and asked: "Is this fondant?!" I was so proud because it was buttercream but I got it really smooth . I LOVE Viva paper towels!

I'll see if I can figure out how to post a picture. I used the gel transfer technique from Course 1. I don't like it, but I really didn't like my first cake and wanted to get a new picture using that technique. Now that I have a semi-decent one, I think filling something with stars is a thing of the past . Here it is:
