Hey guys how are you all doing,! I have a customer who is looking for great vanilla cupcakes! only problem is I have never had to make cupcakes before so I would need a little help with this. A good recipe and method and well I can't believe it but I have never made these. Everyone has always asked for big cake orders and I've been to busy to experiment in a long while, So if anyone can help with a no fail recipe I will be sooo grateful. I have been using a BC white cake mix with buttermilk instead of water, an extra egg and some pure vanilla ext to taste. Moist and yummy!!
