I have been searching the net for food safe plastic bags like the one that sugarshack uses in her DVD. Does anyone out there know where to get them?

I can't seem to find the case my DVD goes in, but I think it says on the paper inside. I will go look an see if I can find it.

OMG do this fit the 18x26 bun pans? I've been looking for a lid for the bun pans, but can't find one. Maybe these will work for me.

I don't have Sharon's DVD, so what are they used for?

Sharon puts her cakes in them to settle over night. She vacuums out all of the air to create pressure so that her cake will have a tight seal.

Oh okay. I'll have to add the DVD to my birthday wishlist. icon_smile.gif
