I was asked to do a graduation cake for 100 people and I live in baltimore and the cake is going to southern New Jersey. So I need help in a few ways.
I am still new at some things and I don;t know how big to make the cake. Or how to dowel it well enough to make the trip.
Here are the details.
She wants a cap with tassel on top of two books on their side. with 2 diplomas next to it. I know how to make the cap and tassel and diplomas but I am lost at the books.
How big to make them for 100 people?
How do i do the books?
I am so nervous... did I mention I charged $4.00 a serving? I want this cake to rock!!!
Please help......

I'm sure someone has done a "stack of books" instruction somewhere! Now just to find it...ooooh, try this one...

Good luck!
