how long? I froze some MMF a month or 2 ago. Is it still any good? It's not a ton, but I'd pull it out and use it if it is ok. Does texture change? Just curious.

I would'nt freeze the fondant i use, i've heard that it does change the texture of it, and if you freeze an iced cake it will sweet when it is defrosting. My fondant lasts for ages in the cupboard any way.
The only thing you can do is try it. If it's already frozen then your not going to loss anything. Just don't do it on a cake you going to sell.
Hope this helps.
