You can use any flavor you like with them, that's the beauty of candy melts! If you go to a cake store and find the LorAnn oils, they come in many, many great flavors. Fruity flavors are good for chocolates (orange-chocolate/ raspberry chocolate, etc.) Stroll down the candy aisle and see what's available and what sounds good. Hope that helps some!
