Hello ,

Anyone ever use Coffee Mate Liquid Creamers as a substitute for Milk?? I was wondering if it'll make the cake a little tough or what. I wanted to try and use the Coffee Mate French Vanilla to make a French Vanilla Cake. Anyone ever used this before please give me some advice!!! TIA!!!

I've tried it and I find that if I replace the entire amount of liquid with the coffee creamer the cake is pretty dense. Now when I want to add flavor that way, I only replace half fo the liquid with the creamer.

I use it to flavor lots of my cakes. Depending on the amount of liquid needed I use either all liquid creamer or 2/3 creamer 1/3 milk.
